Overview

The Haven Country Club is an 18-hole private, family-oriented Club located in Boylston, MA. The club boasts a very active golf membership and club calendar, hosting approximately 22,000 rounds annually.

The Haven Country Club has an open Internship position for the 2026 season. The position is mid-May through mid-August, but can be negotiated for the right candidate.

Our internship program is designed to have the individual touch all aspects of the Golf Operations. Our goal with this is to provide a well-rounded experience, focusing on the education and development for the individual.

Experience Required

Private club experience is preferred, but not required.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining the day-to-day golf operations at The Club. This includes a robust tournament schedule, an extensive Junior Golf Program, a well-rounded teaching program, and managing day-to-day play on the course.
• Assist the Professional Staff with all tournament operations:
  • Men's Events
  • Women's Events
  • Junior Events
  • Mixed Events
  • Corporate Outings
• Assist the Player Development Professional with all Junior Golf Camps, Clinics and Weekly Programs.
• Assist with starting, member relations and operations needs.
• Take the lead on most club-repair club-wide.
• Assist with all facets of the merchandising operation:
  • Receiving
  • Displaying / Rotating
  • Special Order Fulfillment
• Play with the membership.
