Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. \nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n1)Compiling and analysing portfolio related metrices, conduct financial and valuation modelling to support decision making\n2)Assisting to prepare reporting materials and internal presentations, maintaining internal databases and collating data for ESG related requirements\n3)Participate in the implementation of asset management initiatives and asset performance monitoring to identify areas of improvement\n\nLearning Outcomes\n1)Deeper understanding to the fund management industry, workstreams and business model\n2)Improve professional communication skills \n3)Opportunities to participate and learn from inter-department and cross functional teamwork

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements:\n1)\tWe are looking for an energetic and driven candidate with a strong interest in real estate investment;\n2)\t2nd or 3rd year undergraduate studying towards a degree in accountancy, finance, economics, real estate or another related subject. Master students can also apply;\n3)\tKeen interest in the real estate investment field and willing to learn;\n4)\tTeam player;\n5)\tStrong excel modelling and analysis skill;\n6)\tGood communication skills (both verbal and written); and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)\n#LI-SB1
