While the course lies within the beauty of a forested landscape, players enjoy numerous wide fairways with generous landing areas. Towering pines, pockets of wildflowers, and expansive lake views complement the deep-green turf of the rolling fairways and brilliant white of the bunker sand, making this a course you'll want to play over and over again.

Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and support to members and guests. You serve as a point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the organization's products or services.

Experience Required

• Fundamental knowledge and familiarity for the game of golf.
• High level of organization, time management and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required roles during emergencies.
• Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic expected of all employees.
• Service and customer focused attitude.
• Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community.
• Detail oriented individual and able to prioritize work, managing multiple tasks with limited supervision.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to members and guests of CDA National.
• Bring carts from cart storage area to cart staging area outside Golf Shop.
• Ensure all golf carts meet cleanliness standards and are fully stocked (tees, scorecard, pencil, towels, water).
• Greet members upon arrival and assists them with anything they may need. This includes driving a cart out to their car to greet them and assist with their golf bag.
• Valet their car if they pull up in the circle and load their bag on a cart.
• Maintain stock of range balls on the range for member use.
• Operate range cart and ball picker on driving range to retrieve balls.
• Wash all range balls daily.
• Remove golf bags from golf carts, cleans clubs, and return golf bags to the appropriate spot. (bag storage, members vehicle, bag rack).
• Return carts to cart storage area, clean, and restock with fresh supplies; park cart in storage area and connect charger cable.
• All duties and responsibilities shall be performed as set forth in our established policies and procedures.

Benefits

Anticipated employment period: April 27, 2026 - October 31, 2026

Base pay: $17-18 per hour + daily gratuity
